This past week was one for the books as we brought our Imprint Events 360 to the British Racing Greats Day, an event dedicated to raising funds for the admirable charity, Solving Kids’ Cancer UK.
Imprint Events 360: A Unique Entertainment Experience
At the heart of our setup was the Imprint Events 360, a state-of-the-art photo booth offering a unique, interactive experience. We branded the base of the 360 for Xsolla, in line with their corporate image. We’re grateful to Sally Kevan from TVG Global Events for entrusting us with our first event together.
Flexible and Accommodating
On arrival, we were met with concerns about power requirements and space for setup. We were more than pleased to inform the organisers that our 360 booth requires no power and, if the ground is flat, we can set up almost anywhere! They found us a fantastic spot outdoors, where we enjoyed a great view of the cars and engaged guests with our interactive photo booth.
Branded Videos and Instant Sharing
We offered a branded output video that was a hit amongst the attendees. Our live sharing station allowed guests to send a simple SMS or scan a QR code to instantly download their video, adding to the seamless experience.
Everards Farm: The Perfect Backdrop
The British Racing Greats Day took place at the beautiful Everards Farm, a stunning venue that caters to a wide range of events. Their excellent service and the versatility of the space made it a joy for us to be a part of the event.
