Whilst looking at the techie side of the website you can often see what people are searching for when looking for a Magic Mirror Selfie booth.

It’s all to do with what we refer to things as.  We call our Magic Mirror just that – a magic mirror!

If we don’t know, and understand, what people call our products,

Looking at our analytics account the common terms for a Magic Mirror Selfie Booth are:-

  • Magic Selfie Mirror

This one makes sense due to the phenomenal growth of the selfie  in everyday life

  • Magic Mirror Booth

We’d not really considered the Magic Mirror to be a booth, as to us a booth is an enclosed area – not open like a Mirror.

  • Mirror Booth

Again, as above. This probably is linked to the popularity of photobooths and the association that anything which takes photos and prints them is boot related.

  • Selfie Mirror

This one is no surprise when you think of the history of the Magic Mirror

  • Selfie Booth

Surprised by this one, as there is no mention of the mirror!

  • Magic Photo Mirror

This one is the closest to our Magic Mirror – so it won’t take much effort to cover this one in our page content.

So what have Imprint learned from this data?  Well, we need to be careful that we don’t target all our marketing around the terms we use the most.  Just because we call it a Magic Mirror, we shouldn’t ignore those who call it a selfie mirror or a mirror booth.  We need to cover all these variants in our advertising and website and ensure that we keep an eye on the data to spot any new trends and terminology.
